WITHDRAWAL.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, PPI Jerman / Vereinigung indonesischer Studenten e.V., E-Mail: partnership@ppijerman.org, by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The exact return address will be provided after you contact us by email.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss results from handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
